Un negozio Ikea in Danimarca ha sostituito le sue 3 vecchie turbine eoliche da 165 kW con una unica turbina eolica moderna da 850 kW. Come previsto dalla normativa danese, il 20% del valore di detta grande turbina eolica è stato offerto in vendita alla popolazione residente nel raggio di 4,5 km dalla turbina, suddiviso in 316 quote da 750 € ciascuna, che frutteranno ai vari proprietari circa 150 € all’anno. Un ottimo investimento quindi, dove ci guadagnano tutti: Ikea, il paesaggio, e la popolazione locale.
Invece in Italia, purtroppo, gli unici che guadagnano dal vento sono le multinazionali straniere e imprese private continentali (vedi lista), e la popolazione locale deve accontentarsi di un misero affitto del terreno dove sorge la turbina eolica. Cosa aspettano i nostri amministratori pubblici a copiare la normativa danese?
La storia completa
Nella periferia di Taastrup (un paese di 30 mila abitanti nella periferia di Copenaghen) sorge un negozio IKEA con le sue (ex) tre turbine eoliche installate negli anni ’80. Dette tre turbine eoliche, dopo aver prodotto energia pulita per quasi trent’anni, sono state sostituite con una unica grande turbina moderna nel 2011. (guarda da google street view)
Le tre vecchie turbine installate nel 1984, 22,2 metri di altezza all’asse e 15 metri di diametro, avevano una potenza di 165 kW ciascuna e una produzione complessiva annuale di circa 150 MWh. La nuova turbina, una Vestas V52, 55 metri di altezza all’asse e 52 metri di diametro, ha una potenza di 850 kW e produrrà circa 1500 MWh all’anno, cioè ben dieci volte tanto!
L’idea di Ikea con questa turbina è di (vedi citazioni in basso) “contribuire a creare un mondo che si adatti bene all’ambiente, alle risorse energetiche, e le persone che vi abitano“. Infatti, il 21 dicembre 2011 alle ore 19.00 si è tenuto un meeting, presso Ikea, aperto a tutti, nel quale venivana illustrata la nuova turbina eolica e, le persone residenti nel raggio di 4,5 km dalla turbina han potuto comprarne una o più quote.
C’erano 316 quote, ciascuna al prezzo di 750 €. Ciascuna quota frutterà al proprietario circa 150 € all’anno, per 25-30 anni, un ottimo investimento visto il tempo di rientro di appena 5 anni! Se io abitassi li, ci avrei investito tutti i miei risparmi!
I vantaggi per il paesaggio
La nuova turbina, essendo più grande: ruota più lentamente ed è perciò più silenziosa e bella da vedere; riduce l’impatto paesaggistico in quanto si è ridotto il numero di turbine da tre a una; inoltre la produzione energetica è decuplicata a fronte di una potenza che è meno del doppio di quella originaria perchè la turbina nuova è molto più efficiente!
Installare turbine eoliche piccole (meno di 850 kW) non ha senso perchè: sono più costose in relazione all’energia che producono, hanno un impatto paesaggistico più alto per via del maggior numero necessario a parità di energia prodotta, sono più rumorose perchè costrette a ruotare più velocemente per questioni aerodinamiche.
Purtroppo molti regolamenti tecnici della Regione Sardegna (e probabilmente altre regioni) sono approntati sull’idea che “piccolo è meglio”: niente di più sbagliato per le turbine eoliche! Infatti una turbina alta 50 metri provoca la stessa senzazione visiva di inquinamento paesaggistico di una alta 100 metri, ma con la differenza che per produrre pari quantità di energia, di turbine alte 50 metri ne servono dieci, incrementando terribilmente l’ “effetto selva” e cioè l’impatto paesaggistico.
Per preservare il paesaggio bisogna installare poche grandi turbine dove c’è molto vento, in cooperativa, non tante piccole rumorose turbine dove c’è poco vento. Purtroppo questo concetto non è per niente chiaro agli uffuci pubblici in materia di energia e paesaggio, i quali perseverano nel propinare normative atte all’installazione di piccoli, rumorosi, brutti, pericolosi e costosi mini aerogeneratori. Pergiunta inspiegabilmente in autoconsumo, come che sia sbagliato guadagnare dalle risorse energetiche locali.
Approfondimento economico e normativo
Le 316 quote corrispondono al 20% del valore dell’investimento complessivo (1,185 milioni di €), per il quale, secondo le leggi danesi in materia di energia, chi installa un impianto eolico deve offrire in vendita alla popolazione locale almeno il 20% dell’impianto. Per alcuni impianti realizzati dalla società municipalizzata dell’energia (DONG, equivalente ad ENEL) si è arrivati addirittura al 50% nel caso dell’impianto eolico “Middelgrunden”, realizzato in mare difronte al porto di Copenaghen nel 2000, con 10 mila azionisti residenti a Copenaghen.

De tre vindmøller, som har stået ved vores varehus i Tåstrup i snart 30 år, var ved at være udtjente. Vi har derfor valgt at nedtage dem, og har erstattet dem med en ny og væsentligt større vindmølle.
De tre gamle vindmøller havde en samlet ydelse på 165 W og produktionen fra de tre vindmøller var tilsammen ca. 150 MWh om året. Den nye vindmølle har en ydelse på 850 kW og vil ifølge beregningerne producere ca. 1.500 MWh om året.
Den nye vindmølle er en Vestas V52, den er 80 meter høj fra fundamentet til øverste vingespids og måler 54 meter til tårnet og hver vinge har en diameter på 26 meter.
Det er IKEAs vision at hjælpe med at skabe en verden, hvor der passes bedre på miljøet, jordens ressourcer og menneskerne der bor på den. Dette er et tiltag ud af mange.

Taastrup: One of IKEA and Taastrup’s trademark, the almost 30 years old windmills at IKEA, is being turn down because they are not effective enough in relation to today’s wind turbines.
In addition, the wind energy resource will still be mined in the area, for the three wind turbines will be replaced with a new, very strong wind at the start of the new year.
This is called a V52 with a tower height of 54 meters and wingspan of 52 meters. The new, large wind turbine will provide estimated 1,500 megawatt-hours per year, which will increase tenfold the green energy production in Taastrup to benefit the public society.
The green energy is transmitted namely out of the network, which now becomes even more green power to consumers.
Tuesday, 21 December invited to a briefing at 19.00 at IKEA, where there is an opportunity to hear more about the windmill and buy one share. All who live within a radius of 4.5 kilometers. from the upcoming mill will have option to purchase. There will be 316 shares each costing 5600 dkk.
Bliv medejer af kraftig vindmølle
taastrup: Et af IKEAs og Taastrups varetegn – de snart 30 år gamle vindmøller ved IKEA er ved at blive revet ned, fordi de ikke er effektive nok i forhold til vore dages vindmøller. Desuden skal vindmøllegrunden bebygges.
Vindkraft vil der dog stadig blive udvundet i området, for de tre vindmøller bliver udskiftet med en ny, meget kraftig vindmølle i starten af det nye år.
Der er tale om en såkaldt V52 med en tårnhøjde på 54 meter og vingefang på 52 meter. Den nye, store vindmølle vil estimeret yde 1.500 megawatt-timer om året, hvilket vil tidoble den grønne energiproduktion i Taastrup til glæde for borgerne samfundet. Den grønne energi sendes nemlig ud i nettet, så der nu bliver endnu mere grøn strøm til forbrugerne.
Tirsdag den 21. december inviteres der til et informationsmøde kl. 19.00 i IKEA, hvor der er mulighed for at høre mere om vindmøllen og eventuelt købe en andel. Alle der bor i en radius på 4,5 km. fra den kommende mølle vil have køberet. Der vil være 316 andele som hver koster 5.600 kroner.
