Our company made a contract with Shanghai Quandingyi for a second hand excavator at a price including shipping to Italy (CIF), with 30% deposit, and 70% to be paid after shipping (B/L).
After we paid the deposit, they let the time pass piling up excuses of why the excavator could not be sent, after 3 months they show us a different excavator “ready to ship” and asked to receive the remaining 70% and to arrange the shipping at OUR expense! We could not accept all this breaches of the agreement and demanded the deposit back, but they refused.
This supplier is a scammer, they collect the deposit from multiple international customers and once they cash-in your money they will not send, they will keep asking for more money, they will breach the agreements! Don’t fall in the trap!
